Amendment to TENMAK Award Program and Event Support Regulation

Amendment to ÇAYKUR Procurement and Tender Regulation on Defects

The regulation governing the procurement procedures of the Tea Enterprises General Directorate (ÇAYKUR) has been amended regarding the handling of defective goods. Goods with a defect rate exceeding 8% shall be rejected. For defect rates of 8% or lower, the administration is empowered to decide on acceptance or rejection.
