Regulation on Import Inspection of Halal Certified Products
Import control procedures have been established to verify halal compliance claims on imported goods, prevent misleading commercial practices, and ensure adherence to standards. For products bearing a halal label, it is mandatory to submit certificates obtained from bodies accredited by the Halal Accreditation Agency via TAREKS. Physical inspections will be conducted by Trade Inspectors, and products failing to meet regulatory requirements or substantiate their halal claims will be denied entry. Importers are held responsible for the accuracy of declarations and the product's compliance with relevant technical regulations.

6TENMAK Scholarship Programs Regulation Published
This regulation establishes the procedures and principles for scholarship programs provided by the Turkish Energy, Nuclear and Mineral Research Agency (TENMAK) to foster human resources in strategic fields such as energy, nuclear, boron, and mining. It defines the framework for the application, evaluation, monitoring, financial rules, intellectual property rights, and the ethical obligations of scholarship recipients, as well as the procedures for the termination or cancellation of scholarships.
Amendment to TENMAK Award Program and Event Support Regulation
The regulations regarding the TENMAK award programs have been updated. The legal basis of the regulation has been revised, and it is stipulated that award amounts shall be determined by the Executive Board within the upper limits set by the President. A 'living' requirement has been added to the age criteria for the Young Researcher Award, the rule that the Special Award can be given to the same person only once has been clarified, and Article 15 has been repealed.
Amendments to EÜAŞ Material and Vehicle Sale Regulation
The regulations regarding the evaluation and sale of materials, vehicles, and construction machinery within the Electricity Generation Company (EÜAŞ) have been updated. The amendment establishes a specific commission structure for tractors, water tankers, aircraft, agricultural and construction machinery that fall outside the scope of Law No. 237. Additionally, certain legislative references were removed, and relevant annex forms were revised.
Amendment to ÇAYKUR Procurement and Tender Regulation on Defects
The regulation governing the procurement procedures of the Tea Enterprises General Directorate (ÇAYKUR) has been amended regarding the handling of defective goods. Goods with a defect rate exceeding 8% shall be rejected. For defect rates of 8% or lower, the administration is empowered to decide on acceptance or rejection. If accepted, the administration is required to apply both a quality deduction ('nefaset') and an additional compensation penalty equivalent to the deducted amount from the contractor's payment.
