Amendment to Turkish Opticians and Optometrists Union Regulation
The amendment to the Turkish Opticians and Optometrists Union Regulation standardizes the election procedures for chambers and the Union by referring to Article 95. Furthermore, the meeting and notification procedures for the Extraordinary Grand General Assembly have been revised to align with the protocols set forth in Article 58.

Change:The references regarding election procedures in Articles 13 and 16 have been consolidated under Article 95, and the convocation procedure for the Extraordinary Grand General Assembly in Article 59 has been standardized by referencing Article 58.

Chamber of Petroleum Engineers Name and Regulation Updated
The name of the Chamber of Petroleum Engineers under the Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects (TMMOB) has been changed to "Chamber of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineers". Accordingly, the term "and Natural Gas" has been added to the relevant articles of the main regulation to align with the name change.

Change:The name of the Main Regulation of the TMMOB Chamber of Petroleum Engineers, published in the Official Gazette dated 17/2/2006 and numbered 26083, has been amended, and the term "Petroleum" in articles 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 46, and 67 has been expanded to "Petroleum and Natural Gas".

Tariff Quota Implementation Procedures for PET Resin Imports

Privatization Administration Decisions on the Sale of Three Real Estate Assets
Through three separate decisions dated July 24, 2026, the Privatization Administration has approved the sale of specific real estate assets belonging to Ankara Natural Electricity Generation and Trade Inc. in Van, the Treasury in Istanbul, and the Turkish Sugar Factories Inc. in Ankara, respectively, to the highest bidders. The decisions mandate that if the successful bidders fail to execute the contracts or fulfill their obligations, their bid bonds will be forfeited and the respective tenders will be cancelled.

New Administrative Courts Established in Kayseri and Edirne
