Regulation on Local Climate Change Action Plans and Coordination Boards
The regulation establishes the procedures and principles for the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Local Climate Change Action Plans (YİDEP) to structure the provinces' fight against climate change. It mandates the establishment of Provincial Climate Change Coordination Boards (İl İDKK) under the governorship of each province to oversee climate risk assessments, greenhouse gas inventories, and mitigation targets. It defines the duties of relevant institutions and introduces digital tracking systems, E-YİDEP and the Climate Portal. The first action plans are required to cover the 2028-2032 period and be finalized by December 31, 2027.

Gendarmerie General Command Promotion Regulation Updated
The regulation governing the promotion and title change processes of civil servants within the Gendarmerie General Command has been updated. These amendments concern the scope of promotion examinations, service groups, application criteria, the structure of examination boards, success criteria, and appointment procedures.

New Regulations for the Protection of Drinking and Utility Water Basins
The amendments to the Regulation on the Protection of Drinking and Utility Water Basins introduce stricter regulations regarding the determination of protection zones, supervision, and the preparation of basin protection plans. Limitations on activities allowed on water surfaces, restrictions on fuel stations and geothermal power plants, conditions for livestock farming, and bans on the sale of 2/B lands in protected areas are tightened. Amendment to the Regulation on the Use of Agricultural Lands
New regulations have been introduced for agricultural structures and land use on agricultural lands. Applications submitted before April 4, 2026, will be evaluated under the provisions of the previously repealed legislation. The criteria for agricultural structures have been updated, lowering the threshold from 5 hectares to 2 hectares. Additionally, definitions regarding geothermal-based technological greenhouse investments have been updated within the scope of integrated agricultural facilities. The regulation enters into force with retrospective effect from April 4, 2026.
