Constitutional Court Ruling on Wife's Population Registry Transfer

Constitutional Court Rejects Challenge to Tax Procedure Law Provision

Constitutional Court Rules Violation of Union Rights for Private Security Guards

The Constitutional Court evaluated an individual application regarding the restriction on the right of private security guards to form unions. The applicant claimed that the prohibition on unionization for private security personnel, pursuant to Article 15(j) of Law No. 4688, violated the right to organize. The Court ruled that the prohibition constituted a disproportionate interference and violated the right to form a union, which is protected under Article 51 of the Constitution. The Court ordered a retrial to remedy the consequences of the violation and awarded non-pecuniary damages to the applicant.
