Amendments Made to Simple Accommodation Facilities Regulation
Simple accommodation tourism operation certificates cannot be transferred except through inheritance or death-related dispositions, and minimum facility standards, room and bathroom criteria, pool specifications, and security conditions have been revised. Furthermore, compliance with these regulatory standards has been made mandatory for beach enterprises and simple accommodation facilities, and Ministry controllers have been included in inspection authorities.
Amended Legislation
Change:An eighth paragraph imposing a transfer ban has been added to Article 7 of the Regulation, Article 8/A regulating minimum qualifications has been added after Article 8, and revisions regarding compliance requirements and inspection authorities have been made in Article 10.

Amendments to Süleyman Demirel University Preparatory Education Regulation
Amendments to the Süleyman Demirel University Foreign Languages School Foreign Language Preparatory Education-Training Regulation update the definition and scope of proficiency exams, revise equivalency score requirements for international and central foreign language tests based on program types, regulate disciplinary procedures, clarify the schedule for compulsory foreign language exemption exams, and introduce a transitional exemption rule for specific Faculty of Theology transfer students.

Change:The proficiency exam definition now explicitly encompasses reading, writing, listening, speaking, and language use. Equivalency rules for external language exams now mandate coverage of all four core language skills, adjusting score thresholds according to the medium of instruction. Disciplinary matters are explicitly linked to Article 54 of Law No. 2547, and compulsory foreign language exemption exams are limited to once per academic year. Additionally, a temporary provision exempts certain Faculty of Theology students from the preparatory class score requirement during lateral transfers.

2026 Concordat Expense Advance Tariff Published
The Ministry of Justice has issued the Concordat Expense Advance Tariff, establishing the revised amounts, scope, and payment procedures for advance expenses to be deposited into the court treasury during a concordat application. The updated tariff covers notification, publication, postal fees, expert and commissioner fees, and bankruptcy expenses, while repealing the previous 2025 tariff.
