Withholding Tax Rates Revised for Securities and Capital Market Instruments
With the presidential decree amending the previous Council of Ministers decision, withholding tax rates on yields from securities and capital market instruments as well as capital gains have been revised. The withholding tax rate applied to income derived from money market funds and certain umbrella/mutual funds by specific institutional taxpayers and specialized investment funds has been reduced to 0%.
