Amendment to Ministry of Transport Disciplinary Supervisors Regulation
The Regulation on Disciplinary Supervisors of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has been amended to include a new unit in the central organization's disciplinary supervisors list, with a corresponding update to the list sequence.

Change:An amendment has been made to Annex-1 of the Regulation on Disciplinary Supervisors of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, published in the Official Gazette dated June 28, 2022, and numbered 31880, by inserting a new section after the "Directorate General of Shipyards and Coastal Structures" section and renumbering the subsequent sections accordingly.

Amendments to Demiroğlu Bilim University Graduate Education Regulation

Change:The regulation introduces amendments to articles 4, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 of the original regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 21/1/2009 (No. 27117), and repeals Article 21. These changes cover definitions of graduate programs, advisor appointment procedures, application requirements (ALES scores and language proficiency), preparatory programs, special student status, joint programs, thesis processes, defense exams, criteria for PhD qualification exams, and excused leave periods.

Usage Authorization Expanded for Temporarily Imported Vehicles
The definition of the retirement document required for citizens retired abroad to temporarily import their vehicles into Türkiye has been clarified. Furthermore, the scope of the authorization for the use of temporarily imported vehicles by third parties has been expanded, allowing spouses, ascendants, and descendants of the vehicle owner who reside abroad to use the vehicle.

Revised Capacity and Capital Requirements for Licensed Warehouses
The amendment to the Communiqué on Licensed Warehousing for Grains, Pulses, and Oilseeds sets the minimum capacity requirement for licensed warehouse facilities at 35,000 tons and increases the required minimum paid-in capital based on capacity tiers. Existing facilities are granted a transition period until December 31, 2028, to comply with the new capital requirements. Additionally, redundant references to "Customs and" have been removed from the text.

Article 6 was revised to update minimum paid-in capital requirements based on capacity, and temporary provisions were added to Article 1 to regulate the transition period and capacity expansion procedures for existing facilities.

Communiqué on Import Measures Expiring in 2027
This communiqué issued by the Ministry of Trade regulates the list of anti-dumping and countervailing measures expiring in the first half of 2027 and the procedures for their continuation. Relevant domestic producers may apply to the Ministry for an expiry review (NGGS) no later than three months before the expiration of the measures, alleging that the expiration of the measures would lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping/subsidization and injury. If the application is deemed valid, the existing measures remain in force until the review is concluded.
