Communiqué on Import Measures Expiring in 2027

This communiqué issued by the Ministry of Trade regulates the list of anti-dumping and countervailing measures expiring in the first half of 2027 and the procedures for their continuation. Relevant domestic producers may apply to the Ministry for an expiry review (NGGS) no later than three months before the expiration of the measures, alleging that the expiration of the measures would lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping/subsidization and injury. If the application is deemed valid, the existing measures remain in force until the review is concluded.
