Regulations regarding wheelchair applications in special-purpose M1 category vehicles have been updated under the Regulation on the Manufacture, Modification, and Assembly of Vehicles. For individual modifications, technical inspection conditions—excluding destructive tests—will apply provided that WTORS-compliant equipment is used, to be documented by a technical service report. For series modification type approvals, existing technical service reports may be applied to different vehicle brands or types by the same modifier upon technical service approval.
Amendments to the Regulation on Procedures and Principles for Signing Water Usage Right Agreements for Electricity Generation Activities introduce new definitions such as basin hydrological observation fee and hydroelectric resource contribution fee, replace TEIAAS data with EP IAAS settlement data for energy calculations, and regulate exemption conditions for build-operate-transfer model projects.
